Frozen Tea Time

We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate Summer than go for the exceptional Summery Tea Set prepared by Stéphanie Le Quellec, Executive Chef at the Hotel Prince de Galles.

I went there with a very close friend of mine, and it was probably our last teatime together before we get to see each other again. She was moving to New York for work and me to London for school. It was exciting to be both moving to a new country simultaneously. I will sure miss her but I am so thankful that nowadays social media is making friendship so much easier to keep.

Therefore, we wanted to celebrate our last days in Paris with an appropriate teatime!
