Le Meurice’s Saint-Honoré

Le Meurice’s Saint-Honoré

I have heard so much about the Hotel Le Meurice’s Saint-Honoré that I absolutely wanted to try! I couldn’t tell exactely what it was made of, but it had many interesting layers and textures with a strong vanilla and chestnut flavors, perfect for autumn!

Since my friend studied pastry at Le Cordon Bleu, she was very eager to talk to the pastry Chef. One of his assistants did come out after a while to tell us more about their cakes, she was so nice! My friend ordered a Pêche Melba, unfortunalely the ice cream in the bottom had already melted by the time she started eating it.
