Coutume Coffee Between Two Essays

It’s always a pleasure to be back in Paris, but it would be much better if I didn’t have to write essays. Anyone who has been in Paris knows that it’s a nightmare to find good wifi, or simply wifi.

Coutume Instituutti is a friendly cafe located in the back of the Finnish Cultural Centre. It has a classic Scandinavian feel with a bright interior, which makes you feel comfy, motivated… and ready to study! This place has wonderful coffee from Coutume that I can enjoy between two essays and incredible wifi! It’s definitely one of my favorite spots in Paris.

London/Paris or Paris/London?

I am always amazed about how small the world is. The girl who sat next to me in the cafe also studies in London, we share the same library and we were heading back on the same day! There were so many coincidences; we will surely see each other again in London or Paris! She is from Poland and studies history of art and business, it sounded fascinating to me because it was a combination that I have never thought of. Her dissertation topic is very interesting as well, she is writing about art under communism; I cannot wait to read it!
