Loustic, a London feel in Paris

Loustic, a London feel in Paris

img_0871Whether it is London or Paris, I constantly look for nice coffeeshops with great coffee, comfy chairs and a cosy environment. And Loustic definitely has it all. It was opened in 2013 by a British man, Channa, who fell in love with the French culture and decided to settle in the Upper Marais, one the hippest areas of Paris.

Just like most coffeeshops in London, Loustic is a work-friendly place with very good wifi, which is perfect for students, entrepreneurs/freelancers… They serve excellent coffee along with beautiful latte art and freshly baked cakes. My favorite combo is matcha cookie (or banana bread) with soya latte. Oh yes, I forgot to mention they have soy milk, how awesome is that?! Unlike London, alternatives to cow milk are difficult to find in Paris.

I like calling this place my headquarter because everytime I am back in Paris, I’d stop by once a week to do work, catch up with friends or…
