A Polish Breakfast
I was in Krakow for a couple of day to attend a summit on anti-corruption, transparency and accountability. Although I didn’t have much time to explore neither the city nor the food, I met incredibly driven and smart people. I learned so much from their insights and initiatives in fighting corrupt societies. This was definitely a valuable experience.
My Polish experience
On my last day before heading to the airport, I had the chance to get to taste a Polish Breakfast! My new Polish friend, who speaks amazing French, took me to this cute cafe, facing a beautiful garden and well-known for their pretzels. We ordered one filled with chicken, tomato and cheese, and the other one with spinach and cheese. They both came along with a small pot of green salad. A healthy and yummy way to start a day!
