Morning at Continental Stores

Let’s kick off the weekend right with breakfast at Continental Stores! This is one of the very first places I discovered in London and since then it’s been on the top of my list.

They do brunch from 8:30am to 3pm, they have matcha cookies and make the BEST soy matcha latte! I am rarely that confident because I think there are plenty of matcha latte places that I haven’t tried yet, but this one has it all, and with soy milk – that’s how awesome they are!

My French friend took me there, as I was looking for matcha latte when I first moved to this new city. It is always funny when people ask us whether we knew each other before in Paris. We actually met online. I commented on one of her post in the UCL Facebook group and we started chatting. Since we were both anxious about our new school year, it was great to have someone to share with. Eventually, everything went well and on the first day I arrived in London, she invited me to her house warming party. There, we met for the first time and got along very well.
